Daydreaming gives your mind the space and freedom to roam and wander. A relaxed mind and body is key to that coveted good health and well-being. In other acronyms, it helps you to CTFD (calm the F down). Daydreaming is:

💜Increases clarity, productivity and problem solving
💜Helps you visualize goals

Sign me up! The Lovin Spoonful said it best “What a day for a daydream.” And I think we should take a page from their playbook and just daydream a little bit today.
