Pineapple is good source of vitamin C to help the immune system, supports liver function, aids digestion due to the fiber and is anti inflammatory.
Mangos can be a pain in the 🍑 to cut, but they are nutrient powerhouses as they are rich in many vitamins and minerals which are associated with health benefits like vitamins A and C. Vitamin A is good for hair growth and Vitamin C is good for hair and skin…so I’m a fan.
